All in one: The 90-Day Operations Overhaul
For owners who want the whole path done in one go: the On-Site Operations Audit, the Field Service Software Setup (Complete) and three months of the Fractional Operations Manager plan.

$12,000, paid as three monthly payments of $4,000, plus HST. That's less than the $16,500 the parts cost bought separately. Travel is billed based on location.
Add-ons
Hourly Consulting, $150/hour: a second opinion on a specific decision. Remote work is booked in 90-minute blocks at $225 each, and on-site visits carry a 3-hour minimum.

FAQ
Do you make decisions for my business?
No. The work is advisory, so you keep the final say, and I bring the structure, the numbers and the follow-through.
Do you come on-site?
Yes, wherever you are, when it's useful. Travel is billed based on location, and a lot of the work can also be done by video.
Can I start without a monthly plan?
Yes. Both audits are fixed-price projects, and you keep the written plan whether or not we keep working together.
Why pay you when the software company onboards me for free?
Use the free onboarding, because it teaches you the software. It doesn't set the tool up around your crews, bring in your old data or stay until the team is using it, and that's the work I do.
Is there a discount if I also use another of your services?
Yes, the second service is 10% off.
