I'm Brandon Nicksy. NSM is veteran-owned and headquartered in Nobel, Ontario, and I've been running a business since 2015. I work remotely with owner-run field service shops, on your schedule, and I set everything up in your name so it stays yours.

How do calls work?
Calls are by phone or video, case by case. The first one is a free 30-minute call where you tell me what's going on and I tell you straight whether I can help.
Do you come on site?
Most work is done remotely by video and screen share. Site visits are available across Parry Sound–Muskoka, Barrie and Orillia; travel and time are billed as agreed beforehand.
Why pay you when the software company onboards me for free?
Use the free onboarding. It shows you how the software works, but it doesn't know your crews, your prices or how your jobs actually run. I set the tool up around your business, bring in your old data, tie it to your email and your books, and stay until the team is using it.
Whose name are the accounts in?
Yours. Software and accounts are set up in your business's name, so you own them and keep them if we stop working together.
Can I start Monthly Support without a setup?
Yes. Monthly Support can start after an Audit with no setup needed. After a setup, there's a 3-month minimum.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in CAD, plus HST if applicable. For a one-off question, Hourly Consulting is $150/hour in 90-minute blocks ($225).
