Why I do this
I've seen a lot of owners who are good at the work and buried in everything around it: quotes, invoices, paperwork, and a phone that keeps ringing because the crew needs an answer. Most of them aren't short on effort, they're short on a system, which means every job still runs through their head. What I like most is getting a business to the point where it runs without the owner holding it all together, so they can take a day off and the work still gets done.
How I work with owners
I come on-site, watch how the work actually moves, and do the setup myself, rather than handing you a report and a list of software to figure out. I'll tell you straight when something isn't a fit, including when I'm not the right person for the job. Prices are in writing before we start and the first step is fixed, so you know what you're paying and what you get for it.
A bit about me
I live in Nobel, near Parry Sound, with my family. I'm a Canadian Armed Forces veteran, and the habit I kept from the Forces is simple: make the plan, brief it clearly, and follow through until the job is done. I've run my own online store since 2015, so I know what it's like to be the one answering the emails, packing the orders and paying the bills. I've also led field crews and on-site teams, including a national auto show tour for two major car brands, where you plan the details ahead because there's no time to fix them once the doors open.
