Hourly Consulting
Hourly Consulting
$150/hour, booked in 90-minute blocks ($225)
For a one-off question, such as a second opinion on new software, a pricing change or a workflow that isn't working.
CASL Consent Clean-up
$500 one-time, done remotely. I tag your existing email list by consent type and date and run a re-permission campaign, so you know exactly who you can email (how consent tracking works).
Websites and marketing
Once your tools are in, I can make your website, Google listing, social posts and ads send work straight into them. Trades websites start at $2,500, Google Business Profile setup is $400, social posting starts at $500/month and ads management starts at $600/month. See what's included →

Do you make decisions for my business?
No. The work is advisory, so you keep the final say, and I bring the structure, the numbers and the follow-through.
How does it work if you're not in my shop?
Almost everything happens by video and screen share, which means I can see your software, your forms and your numbers as you use them. Calls are booked at times that suit you, so the work fits around your week. If a visit genuinely helps, we can arrange one, and travel is billed based on location.
What happens after the setup?
Every setup includes a move onto Monthly Support afterward ($300/mo, 3-month minimum), so someone is looking after the tools once they're running. The audit and both setups are fixed-price projects, and the written plan and the setup are yours.
Why pay you when the software company onboards me for free?
Use the free onboarding, because it teaches you the software. It doesn't set the tool up around your crews, bring in your old data or stay until the team is using it, and that's the work I do.
